Rob has spent his twenty-five year career working across various industries including manufacturing, insurance, childcare, retail, food, livery and distribution.   Rob spent most of his career in the insurance industry handling many responsibilities and holding many positions at various companies. Rob's background includes sales, trainer, manager, controller, HR, hiring manager, director of operations and M&A. Starting at a family run business, Rob quickly formed a passion for the betterment and success of small businesses. Rob took that passion into the insurance industry early into his career and had many years of success transforming small struggling offices into growing and profitable locations. Rob took that passion for improving operations and the "customer experience" everywhere he went, seeing continued growth and improved overall health of businesses.

Rob's last stop in the insurance industry landed him with a start-up where he spent four years as an executive officer and head of operations with an agency that had him commuting to North Carolina every week from his home in Connecticut. Through his many years of professional experience, Rob has realized the importance of work/life balance. Helping professionals/business owners find that balance, find the right environment or find a new path is something Rob is very passionate about.
